To install SPIN.

    1.  Unzip spin700.zip, there are 2 files contained within the zip file.
        This document and the binary executable for the Tandem.

    2.  IXF or FTP the SPIN file to the Tandem.  You should specify
        a binary transfer.  Put the file in $system.system or wherever
        it is convienient.

    3.  On the Tandem, you will have to do a "FUP ALTER SPIN, CODE 700"
        before you can run SPIN.

    4.  Type SPIN at the Tacl prompt.  There are currently no run time
        options.

    5.  SPIN exits which complete.

SPIN uses minumal system resources.  It briefly creates a temp file on each
drive it tests to measure the effective rotational speed.  If there is any
reason it is not possible to create a temp file on a given drive, the reason
will be reported and the drive skipped.

SPIN is not licensed and uses only standard procedure calls.  It does not
required measure to be running.
